Our Rates, and what else they include:

Monthly base rate: $550 - $650.00 per space,

depending on size and other factors. Electricity is metered and a separate cost. Call for current and weekly rates.

 

All rates are for one RV, one car, two people and two

pets. Any extra parking spaces for vehicles (if they are

available) or people and pets will cost extra.

 

All spaces have hook-ups for electricity, water, sewer,

cable TV. For phone service (or DSL) please contact

the phone company.

 

Senior's (62 and over) are eligible for a 5% monthly

rate discount, one per space. We do not take

reservations or overnight (daily rate) guests.

A Monthly Discount for Seniors

 

All rates include water, sewer, garbage service and

expanded basic cable TV. All spaces have 30 amp

metered electricity. Local providers offer internet

services (Spectrum, Ziply-Fiber).

 

Most of our tenants rent space in our park by the

month.  People who wish to rent monthly must apply

via our application process, and contact us by phone

to make an appointment for an interview.

Map & Directions:

 

South Empire Blvd. in Coos Bay is also

known as the Cape Arago Highway. To get

here from within the city of Coos Bay, follow

the Ocean Beaches, Charleston signs.

Follow Newmark Ave toward the bay.

 

When you see the water, you will come to an

automatic left turn in the road. We are about

two miles on the left from there.

 

Plainview Motel and RV Park

Some of the activities located here are crabbing, clamming, storm watching, fishing, tide

pools, whale watching or sea lions too, lighthouses, botanical gardens, beach-combing,

riding the dunes, walking around the lake and on the nature trails.

 

A crabbing pier and a boat launch are just down the street. We are about 30 minutes from

Bandon (cheese factory and old town), Coquille and Reedsport. Our area has much beauty

and entertainment to offer
